The Mitel / Shoretel IP420 phone provides users with an ideal two-line IP phone for break rooms, lobbies, and contact centers. The IP420 phone features an easy-to-read high-contrast display and six function keys including transfer, conference, hold, redial/history, and voicemail. An unlimited alphanumeric search and storage system is provided. A built-in 10/100 Ethernet switch is standard for more cost-effective deployments.
Note: ShoreTel 420 and Mitel 420 are identical phone models but were renamed after Mitel acquired ShoreTel in September 2017.
