The industrial M85 handset was developed for the most demanding everyday work environments. This modern IP-DECT phone is particularly durable and shock-resistant. The M85 also features advanced workplace safety functions, such as the integrated man-down sensor and an alarm function.

The Snom M85 was developed for indoor and outdoor industrial use. The phone’s casing is not only robust and shock-resistant but also protects against water and dust. Thanks to a wide DECT range, a long-lasting rechargeable battery, and integrated Bluetooth, it also offers maximum flexibility in use. With its safety features and rugged construction, it is well suited for use in special environments such as warehouses, construction sites, and more.
* NEW * Man-down sensor:
Thanks to its built-in location sensors, the Snom M85 features a man-down function. If the handset records a long period of immobility when in use, and if programmed to do so, it will send an emergency message so that, for example, an unconscious employee can be assisted. In addition to the sensors, the Snom M85 includes an optional lanyard attached to the phone that automatically triggers an alarm or call for help in case of sudden handset disconnection.
* NEW * Alarm functions:
Programmable alarm key: the Snom M85 features a fully programmable alarm key. The phone can be programmed to send an automatic help call to any chosen number when this key is pressed.
Connectivity:
The M85 is equipped with Bluetooth and can also be connected to wired or wireless headsets via a 3.5 mm jack. The IP65 protection rating, which certifies protection against water and dust, makes the handset particularly useful in special industrial areas or on construction sites.
In combination with the M700 or M300 base station, the M85 cordless phone also offers a wide range of telephone functions, such as answering machine, automatic call forwarding, call list, caller ID, and direct searches in the company directory.
