The Mitel / Shoretel IP420 will provide users with an ideal two-line IP phone for break rooms, lobbies, and contact centers. The IP420 features a high-contrast, easy-to-read display and six function keys, including transfer, conference, hold, redial / history, and voicemail. An unlimited alphanumeric search and storage system is provided. A built-in 10/100 Ethernet switch is standard for more cost-effective deployments.
Note: The ShoreTel 420 and Mitel 420 are identical phone models but have been renamed since Mitel acquired ShoreTel in September 2017.
